Laurie Morin, Board Member at Large
Laurie Morin moved to Wilmington in 2020 after retiring from a career as a law professor in Washington, DC. She has been a longtime supporter of the arts, serving as Executive Director of the Boston Volunteer Lawyers for the Arts and several nonprofit boards. She taught a legal clinic that helped underserved residents of DC form small businesses and nonprofit organizations, and guided them on contracts, licensing, intellectual property, and taxation issues. Since retiring she has pursued her passion for writing and mentoring aspiring writers.
Laurie is excited to join the Wilmington Voices Board to help spread the word about this fabulous resource to the Wilmington Community and promote the joy of chorale music to diverse audiences.
